Role Overview
The Senior Blockchain Governance Consultant will provide strategic guidance on blockchain adoption across financial services in the UAE. The role focuses on governance, compliance, and interoperability frameworks, enabling safe and scalable distributed ledger adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Develop governance models for enterprise blockchain deployments in payments, trade finance, and securities.

Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and global digital asset standards.

Guide institutions on smart contract auditing, custody solutions, and interoperability frameworks.

Collaborate with international standard-setters to harmonize UAE blockchain practices.

Conduct research on emerging CBDC and tokenization initiatives.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in blockchain strategy, digital assets, or fintech regulation.

Technical proficiency with Ethereum, Hyperledger, and enterprise DLT frameworks.

Strong knowledge of international regulatory landscapes.

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Technology, Finance, or Law.
