Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead the development of Qatar’s open finance and embedded financial systems. This role will focus on API ecosystem design, secure digital identity frameworks, machine learning-driven financial intelligence, and multi-institution interoperability. The successful candidate will ensure that Oman’s open finance landscape is secure, scalable, and regulation-compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect scalable, API-first financial systems for account aggregation, payment initiation, and embedded finance.

• Develop secure digital identity and verification frameworks across multiple financial institutions.

• Integrate AI-driven risk scoring, behavioral analytics, and fraud detection models.

• Maintain compliance with Qatar Central Bank directives and open banking regulations.

• Lead remote teams across engineering, data science, and product strategy.

• Collaborate with regulators and ecosystem partners for standardization and interoperability.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Finance, or related field.

• 10+ years in open banking, API architecture, or financial data systems.

• Expertise in machine learning for financial analytics, secure identity systems, and multi-party integrations.

• Experience in GCC regulatory compliance frameworks.
