Major Responsibilities

• Engineer AI-assisted payments ecosystems capable of autonomous routing, dynamic authentication, real-time risk scoring, and predictive transaction optimisation.

• Build decentralised digital-identity frameworks integrating verifiable credentials, privacy-preserving authentication, and multi-layer trust protocols.

• Design scalable autonomous-finance engines supporting context-aware transaction execution, cross-channel synchronisation, and 24/7 intelligent decisioning.

• Integrate Omani regulatory alignment across identity systems, payments intelligence, and high-automation financial workflows.

• Create cloud-native orchestration pipelines enabling high-latitude performance, ultra-secure data exchange, and resilient fintech-infrastructure scalability.

• Lead globally distributed engineering teams focused on AI-native fintech transformation.

Experience Requirements

• 12+ years in payments architecture, AI-driven finance, digital-identity engineering, or cognitive-infrastructure design.

• Comprehensive understanding of Oman’s digital-finance roadmap, global payments frameworks, and decentralised identity standards.

• Technical mastery in machine learning, identity cryptography, autonomous-workflow design, and financial cloud orchestration.
