Primary Responsibilities

1. AI Workflow Operations Management

• Oversee operational performance of AI-enabled banking systems such as onboarding automation, transaction monitoring, and customer support workflows.
• Ensure AI products deliver measurable efficiency improvements.
• Monitor adoption and system performance across operational teams.

2. Intelligent Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities for automation across financial workflows.
• Improve operational speed, accuracy, and service quality through AI interventions.
• Reduce manual friction in high-volume banking processes.

3. Product & Engineering Coordination

• Work with AI engineers, product managers, and compliance teams.
• Translate operational needs into AI product priorities.
• Support rollout and post-launch optimization of intelligent banking features.

4. Performance Reporting & Governance

• Build KPIs for automation performance, service quality, and operational reliability.
• Ensure AI systems remain auditable and aligned with financial governance standards.
• Support executive reporting on automation outcomes.
