This role focuses on advisory-level product architecture and ecosystem strategy for fintech and digital banking platforms. The Senior Strategist ensures that products are structurally scalable, globally deployable, and regulatory-compliant. The position emphasizes thought leadership, conceptual rigor, and strategic foresight, rather than operational product management.
Fully remote, with focus on the UAE’s fintech innovation ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Develop modular, scalable product frameworks for digital banking, embedded finance, and fintech-enabled services.

Conduct international market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform cross-border product strategies.

Produce comprehensive advisory documentation, including lifecycle roadmaps, scenario analyses, and governance recommendations.

Collaborate conceptually with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to ensure alignment between product design and platform strategy.

Advise on long-term product evolution, consolidation, or retirement strategies to optimize platform performance.

Professional Requirements

12–15 years in fintech product strategy, digital banking, or consultancy.
