Role Overview
This position is designed for a consulting-grade fintech strategist responsible for structural product architecture, ecosystem alignment, and market advisory. Unlike operational product management, the Senior Advisor ensures fintech products are strategically sound, modular, and globally scalable.
Fully remote, this role aligns with the UAE’s position as a regional fintech innovation hub.
Key Advisory Responsibilities

Develop modular product frameworks for digital banking, embedded finance, and fintech-enabled services.

Ensure all products comply with multi-jurisdictional regulatory frameworks while remaining commercially viable.

Conduct market intelligence, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to inform strategic product decisions.

Produce comprehensive advisory documentation, including lifecycle roadmaps, scenario modeling, and design principles.

Collaborate conceptually with engineering, regulatory, and business teams to ensure strategic alignment across products and platforms.

Advise on long-term product evolution, consolidation, and decommissioning strategies to maximize platform efficiency.

Professional Profile

12–15 years in fintech product strategy, digital banking architecture, or consultancy.

Strong knowledge of API-driven platforms, embedded finance solutions, and international fintech ecosystems.

Exceptional analytical, documentation, and strategic communication skills.

Comfortable operating fully remotely with high independence.
