The Senior Advisor – RegTech & Compliance Innovation will shape Oman’s adoption of regulatory technology solutions, enabling financial institutions to achieve compliance efficiency, transparency, and resilience. The role emphasizes automation, data analytics, and cross-border alignment, ensuring Oman’s financial ecosystem adheres to both GCC and international standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies for deploying AI-driven compliance monitoring and regulatory reporting systems.

Collaborate with regulators to harmonize frameworks with Basel III, FATF, and global AML directives.

Guide institutions in adopting KYC/AML automation, real-time transaction monitoring, and RegTech dashboards.

Support data governance strategies ensuring adherence to global privacy and security standards.

Build partnerships with fintech innovators to introduce scalable RegTech platforms.
Qualifications

8+ years in regulatory compliance, RegTech innovation, or fintech governance.

Technical knowledge of compliance automation platforms, AI risk models, and data governance.

Familiarity with GCC financial regulatory structures and global compliance standards.

Graduate degree in Finance, Law, or Technology.

Strong advisory experience in financial regulation or fintech compliance.
