This position calls for an accomplished fintech strategist with expertise in conceptualizing and delivering next-generation financial products aligned with Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving digital finance ecosystem. The role requires deep understanding of financial services innovation, regulatory frameworks under the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), and the ability to design scalable digital products for retail, SME, and institutional segments.
Key Responsibilities

Develop product roadmaps for digital banking, payments, and wealth management platforms tailored to Saudi market needs.

Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and trend analysis to identify gaps and innovation opportunities.

Translate regulatory guidelines into product functionality, ensuring compliance while maximizing user adoption.

Qualifications

10+ years in fintech product development or strategy, preferably with GCC exposure.

Strong knowledge of open banking APIs, payment orchestration, and digital identity solutions.
