Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Blockchain & Digital Assets to lead Oman’s adoption of decentralized finance and digital asset innovation. The role involves governance of blockchain platforms, tokenized assets, and AI-driven wealth management solutions, while ensuring full regulatory compliance and market scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic development of blockchain-enabled financial services, smart contracts, and tokenized investment platforms.

Integrate AI-powered analytics for portfolio optimization and predictive financial insights.

Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international best practices.

Foster strategic partnerships with global fintech leaders, technology providers, and regulatory authorities.

Manage and mentor remote teams to deliver innovative, secure, and scalable fintech solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Blockchain, or related field.

10+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, decentralized finance, or wealth management technology.

Expertise in digital banking, DeFi, blockchain architectures, and emerging financial technologies.

Proven leadership of international, distributed teams.

Strong knowledge of GCC fintech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks.
