Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset Strategy to drive Oman’s entry into decentralized finance and digital asset innovation. The role involves leadership of blockchain platforms, tokenized financial instruments, and AI-enabled wealth management solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy, design, and deployment of blockchain-based financial services, smart contracts, and tokenized investment platforms.

Integrate AI-driven analytics for predictive insights, portfolio optimization, and operational intelligence.

Ensure full compliance with Omani financial regulations and international standards.

Build strategic partnerships with global fintech leaders, technology providers, and regulatory authorities.

Mentor and manage remote teams delivering secure, innovative, and scalable fintech solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Blockchain, or related field.

10+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, DeFi, or fintech innovation.

Expertise in digital banking, decentralized finance, and emerging financial technologies.

Proven leadership of distributed, international teams.

Deep understanding of GCC fintech landscapes and regulatory frameworks.
