Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset Innovation to lead Oman’s adoption of decentralized finance and digital asset strategies. The role encompasses governance of blockchain platforms, tokenized investment vehicles, and AI-driven wealth management solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational scalability.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the strategic design, deployment, and management of blockchain-enabled financial services, smart contracts, and tokenized asset platforms.

Integrate AI-powered analytics for predictive insights, portfolio optimization, and operational intelligence.

Ensure compliance with Oman’s financial regulations and international best practices.

Build strategic partnerships with global fintech leaders, technology providers, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Blockchain, or related field.

10+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, decentralized finance, or fintech innovation.

Expertise in digital banking, DeFi, blockchain architectures, and emerging financial technologies.

Proven leadership of distributed, international teams.

In-depth knowledge of GCC fintech ecosystems and regulatory frameworks.
