Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic leader to drive large-scale digital banking transformation initiatives across the UAE financial ecosystem. The successful candidate will deliver high-impact strategies in open banking, API monetization, and customer-centric digital experiences, while ensuring regulatory compliance and technology scalability.
Responsibilities:

Lead digital banking innovation programs covering core banking modernization, cloud-native platforms, and digital-first channels.

Define strategies for open banking, embedded finance, and API-driven ecosystems.

Oversee partnerships with fintechs, regulators, and technology providers.

Ensure resilience, compliance, and customer-centricity in all digital offerings.

Drive adoption of AI/ML for personalization, fraud prevention, and customer engagement.
Requirements:

10+ years of experience in digital banking or fintech transformation.

Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks, including open banking guidelines.

Proven track record of implementing large-scale fintech or digital banking projects.

Expertise in cloud banking, APIs, digital identity, and financial data ecosystems.
