Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior DeFi & Digital Asset Architect to lead the conceptualization and deployment of blockchain-powered financial ecosystems in Oman. The candidate will design architectures for decentralized lending, tokenized assets, and cross-border settlement systems, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Engineer advanced DeFi protocols, tokenized asset frameworks, and digital custody solutions.

Collaborate on CBDC pilots, blockchain interoperability layers, and token exchange infrastructure.

Design high-assurance smart contracts with auditability and regulatory oversight.

Integrate digital asset services into existing financial infrastructures with robust APIs and identity frameworks.

Build scalable blockchain platforms aligned with institutional-grade security standards.
Qualifications & Experience

8+ years in blockchain, digital asset development, or fintech product engineering.

Strong expertise in Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, Rust, and cryptographic primitives.

Practical experience in building digital wallets, tokenization protocols, and decentralized exchanges.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, or Financial Engineering.
