This role targets a senior-level fintech strategist specializing in blockchain-enabled financial systems and digital asset infrastructure, aligned with Oman’s evolving digital economy. The Principal Strategist will design and guide institutional-grade distributed ledger frameworks, ensuring scalability, interoperability, and secure integration into broader financial ecosystems.
Operating remotely, the role combines deep technical fluency with strategic foresight, supporting digital asset platforms, tokenized financial instruments, and next-generation transaction architectures.
Key Strategic Responsibilities

Architect blockchain-based financial systems for payments, asset representation, and settlement

Define digital asset governance models and lifecycle frameworks

Lead integration of distributed ledger platforms with traditional financial systems

Establish security, resilience, and operational risk controls across digital asset infrastructures

Advise on scalability strategies and cross-border interoperability models

Support stakeholder education and executive decision-making on distributed finance initiatives
Expertise & Technical Profile

12+ years in fintech, distributed systems, or digital asset architecture

Advanced knowledge of blockchain platforms, smart contracts, and decentralized system design

Experience deploying production-grade financial systems using distributed ledgers

Strong understanding of financial market infrastructure and transaction models

Ability to lead complex initiatives within fully remote environments
Salary Structure (International Senior Benchmark – Oman-Aligned)

Base Annual Salary: USD 140,000 – USD 190,000
