Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to oversee the design, launch, and scale of advanced fintech products for Qatar’s expanding digital economy. The role combines product strategy, customer experience, and regulatory compliance, requiring a global perspective on financial technology trends.
Key Responsibilities

Develop strategies for digital wallets, SME financing platforms, and AI-powered investment solutions.

Manage the full product lifecycle: research, design, launch, and optimization.

Collaborate with remote UX, technology, and compliance teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Ensure adherence to Qatari regulatory requirements and international fintech standards.

Continuously monitor emerging fintech models and adapt product roadmaps accordingly.
Qualifications

8+ years of experience in product management within fintech or digital banking.

Strong expertise in cloud-native financial products, API ecosystems, and embedded finance.

Comprehensive understanding of GCC and global fintech regulations.

MBA or MSc in Business, Technology, or Finance preferred.
