Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Fintech Product Manager to design, develop, and scale innovative digital financial products for Qatar’s emerging fintech sector. The role combines product strategy, market analysis, and technical execution, with a strong international perspective.
Key Responsibilities

Develop product strategies for digital wallets, AI-powered investment platforms, and SME financing tools.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and scale-up.

Collaborate with remote UX, engineering, and compliance teams to deliver seamless products.

Conduct market benchmarking to ensure Qatari fintech products align with global leaders.

Ensure compliance with both local and international financial regulations.
Qualifications

8+ years in fintech product management or digital finance product development.

Expertise in cloud-native solutions, embedded finance, and API-driven ecosystems.

Strong knowledge of GCC and global regulatory frameworks.

MBA or MSc in Finance, Business, or Technology preferred.
