Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Fintech Product Manager to develop and scale high-impact digital financial products across Qatar’s consumer and institutional markets. The role combines strategic product leadership, technical integration, and market research with an international lens.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the roadmap for digital wallets, SME financing platforms, and AI-driven investment solutions.

Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation, prototyping, compliance, to launch.

Collaborate with remote engineering, UX/UI, and compliance teams for seamless execution.

Benchmark Qatar’s fintech products against international best practices.

Ensure alignment with global regulatory and market trends.
Qualifications

8+ years in fintech product management or strategy.

Strong expertise in API product development, embedded finance, and digital lending.

Experience in cross-market product launches.

MBA or MSc in Business, Finance, or Technology preferred.
