Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Fintech Product Designer to design, develop, and launch next-generation financial products tailored to Oman’s emerging digital economy. The role combines user-centered design, technical fluency, and product strategy with an international approach.
Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee fintech products including digital wallets, peer-to-peer lending platforms, and investment apps.

Collaborate with engineers and compliance teams to ensure seamless integration and security.

Conduct user research and market analysis to align products with consumer and SME needs.

Build product roadmaps that support scalable, cloud-native financial services.

Ensure solutions align with global fintech design and regulatory best practices.
Qualifications

7–10 years in fintech product design or product management.

Expertise in UX/UI for finance platforms, API-driven design, and embedded finance.

Familiarity with GCC and international fintech ecosystems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Business, or Technology.
