Remote Head of Sustainable Fintech & Green Finance Platforms – Qatar
Position Synopsis
Qatar is accelerating its transition toward a sustainable, digitally enabled economy. The Head of Sustainable Fintech & Green Finance Platforms will lead the creation of digital infrastructures for ESG-aligned investments, carbon credit tokenization, and green lending ecosystems.
Primary Objectives

Establish ESG-integrated digital marketplaces for green bonds, sustainable Sukuks, and climate-linked financial instruments.

Drive the tokenization of carbon credits and renewable energy assets, ensuring international compliance and transparency.

Lead AI-driven initiatives for real-time ESG scoring, sustainable investment monitoring, and environmental risk modeling.

Build digital lending platforms to support SMEs and enterprises in renewable energy, clean tech, and circular economy sectors.

Collaborate with international green finance consortiums to align Qatar with global net-zero finance standards.

Position Qatar as a regional nucleus for sustainable fintech leadership.
Professional Requirements

12–15 years’ experience in sustainable finance, fintech ecosystems, or ESG innovation.

Advanced academic and professional background in Environmental Finance, Economics, or Data Science.

Expertise in carbon markets, ESG reporting standards (SASB, GRI, TCFD), and tokenization frameworks.

Demonstrable history of developing technology-enabled green finance solutions at scale.

Strong international stakeholder network across regulators, climate funds, and sustainable investment platforms.
