Overview
Qatar is strengthening its fintech sector with a focus on artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, and personalized financial services. We are seeking a Remote Head of Fintech AI & Predictive Analytics to lead advanced initiatives in customer insights, credit scoring models, and AI-powered financial advisory systems tailored for the Qatari and wider GCC financial ecosystem.
Responsibilities

Lead deployment of machine learning models for credit risk, fraud detection, and financial forecasting.

Oversee AI-powered robo-advisory systems, delivering personalized financial strategies.

Ensure compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations and global data governance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001).

Architect cloud-based AI ecosystems integrating big data analytics and advanced visualization tools.

Collaborate with wealth managers, banks, and insurers to build AI-driven fintech solutions.

Explore integration of alternative data sources (mobile, social, behavioral finance) for predictive modeling.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Quantitative Finance.

8+ years of fintech and AI application experience.

Proven expertise in predictive analytics, natural language processing, and real-time data pipelines.

Strong understanding of Qatar’s financial regulatory environment.

Experience in deploying AI systems in regulated financial ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications

Publications or research in AI applications in financial services.

Experience with tokenized financial instruments and blockchain-based AI ecosystems.

Arabic proficiency is an advantage; English fluency required.
