Executive Role Overview
A globally oriented financial technology initiative is seeking a Head of Digital Payments Strategy & Financial Platform Innovation to guide the evolution of modern digital financial services supporting financial markets within the United Arab Emirates.
This role will focus on shaping long-term fintech strategy, optimizing digital payment infrastructure, and developing innovative financial services that leverage modern financial technologies such as API-driven payment platforms, cloud-based financial architectures, and data-driven financial intelligence systems.
The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of financial technology strategy, product development, and financial infrastructure modernization. The role involves close collaboration with distributed teams across engineering, product development, regulatory advisory, and operational management.
Strategic Responsibilities
Fintech Ecosystem Strategy

Digital Financial Product Leadership

Candidate Profile
Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Computer Science, or Business Strategy.
Professional Experience

10+ years experience in fintech leadership, digital payments strategy, or financial services innovation.
