Role Summary:
We are looking for a Head of Digital Payments & Risk to redefine the future of Qatar’s payments and financial intelligence systems. This role will lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and blockchain for secure, real-time transaction processing and advanced fraud detection.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect and implement scalable, secure digital payment ecosystems for retail, corporate, and cross-border operations.

Leverage AI/ML to optimize fraud detection, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in Qatar’s fintech landscape.

Lead remote teams to deliver actionable financial intelligence and operational efficiency.

Engage with regional regulators and fintech partners to ensure alignment with Qatar Central Bank standards.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years of experience in digital payments, fintech risk strategy, or financial intelligence leadership.

Expertise in AI/ML analytics, blockchain, AML/KYC, and compliance frameworks.

Proven experience in managing remote, distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
