Role Overview
We are seeking a distinguished leader to drive strategic advancements in digital payments and financial infrastructure within the UAE’s global fintech hub. This executive role requires mastery in building seamless, secure, and future-proofed payments ecosystems, with a focus on enhancing financial inclusion, digital commerce, and cross-border settlement efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and oversee end-to-end digital payment solutions, including wallets, QR-based transactions, and tokenized payments.

Lead initiatives on central bank digital currency (CBDC) readiness and blockchain-enabled settlement mechanisms.

Strengthen partnerships across banks, fintechs, and international payment networks.

Optimize payment rails for real-time transactions, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity resilience.

Represent the UAE’s fintech innovation standards in global payment forums and consortiums.

Align strategies with regulatory bodies such as the UAE Central Bank and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) directives.
Qualifications

MBA or equivalent in Financial Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.

12+ years of executive experience in payments, clearing systems, or digital banking.

Demonstrated expertise in managing high-value fintech infrastructure projects.

Advanced knowledge of tokenization, ISO 20022 standards, and cross-border payment frameworks.

Proven ability to foster multi-stakeholder ecosystems.
