Role Summary:
An exclusive opportunity for a Head of Digital Finance & Blockchain Solutions to drive Oman’s digital finance transformation. This executive-level position is responsible for the strategic development and governance of innovative fintech ecosystems, digital asset management solutions, and decentralized financial applications. The role demands visionary leadership, advanced technical expertise, and a deep understanding of GCC fintech dynamics.
Responsibilities:

Lead the conceptualization and deployment of blockchain-enabled financial services, including digital asset platforms, smart contracts, and tokenized investment vehicles.

Design scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant fintech infrastructures aligned with Omani financial authorities and international standards.

Partner with regional and international stakeholders to drive adoption of emerging financial technologies.

Implement AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to optimize wealth management, digital lending, and investment products.

Oversee cybersecurity, privacy, and operational risk management across digital finance initiatives.

Provide thought leadership and mentorship to global and regional remote fintech teams.
Qualifications & Expertise:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

10+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, fintech architecture, or wealth management technology.

Strong familiarity with Omani and GCC fintech regulatory environments.

Exceptional understanding of decentralized finance (DeFi), digital banking, and innovative payment solutions.

Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership and remote team management.
