An internationally connected fintech operation based in the Gulf region is seeking a commercially astute and operationally sophisticated Remote Head of Digital Asset Operations & Fintech Strategy to oversee large-scale digital finance initiatives involving blockchain-enabled financial systems, tokenized payment ecosystems, financial innovation programs, and institutional fintech expansion strategies.

This role is tailored for a high-performing fintech executive capable of operating at the intersection of digital finance innovation, operational scalability, institutional risk management, and international financial technology strategy.

The selected leader will be responsible for managing strategic fintech operations while driving innovation across digital asset infrastructure, financial product development, transaction ecosystems, and emerging digital banking frameworks.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise fintech operational strategies supporting digital financial services expansion across regional and international markets.
• Lead operational oversight of blockchain-enabled payment systems, tokenized transaction environments, and digital financial infrastructure initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional fintech teams involving product management, financial operations, compliance, infrastructure engineering, and customer success divisions.
• Design operational governance frameworks supporting scalable digital finance ecosystems and institutional transaction environments.
• Drive strategic partnerships involving fintech providers, payment processors, digital infrastructure vendors, and financial technology consultants.
• Evaluate emerging financial technologies and identify commercial opportunities capable of improving operational efficiency and revenue generation.
• Oversee financial product optimization strategies involving embedded finance, virtual transaction ecosystems, and next-generation digital financial services.
• Develop business continuity frameworks, operational resilience models, and transaction recovery strategies.
• Lead enterprise reporting initiatives involving fintech performance analytics, operational intelligence, digital growth forecasting, and innovation benchmarking.
• Support executive leadership in long-term fintech expansion planning and international market positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Financial Technology, Business Strategy, Economics, Information Systems, or Blockchain Technology.
• 10+ years of experience within fintech operations, digital banking, blockchain finance, payment ecosystems, or financial technology consulting.
• Strong operational understanding of digital financial systems, fintech governance, and transaction lifecycle management.
• Exceptional commercial awareness with experience scaling fintech operational environments.
• Exposure to digital asset ecosystems, distributed ledger technologies, and tokenized financial infrastructure is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead geographically distributed fintech teams within fast-paced innovation environments.
• Advanced knowledge of financial risk management, cybersecurity awareness, and operational governance frameworks.
• Strong strategic planning and executive stakeholder engagement capabilities.
