Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Head of Digital Asset Infrastructure to shape the UAE’s fintech architecture, focusing on digital assets, blockchain-powered payments, and institutional-grade trading frameworks. This role demands deep technical knowledge, leadership excellence, and international exposure to frontier financial technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee institutional-grade blockchain settlement systems for digital asset trading.

Drive innovation in tokenization of financial instruments, CBDC integration, and cross-border remittance platforms.

Establish governance frameworks for digital identity management, cybersecurity, and compliance automation.

Spearhead partnerships with global fintech innovators, crypto custodians, and regulatory sandboxes.

Lead large-scale remote engineering and compliance teams in delivering resilient infrastructure solutions.

Position the UAE as a global fintech leader through adoption of high-trust, scalable digital finance systems.
Qualifications & Expertise

12+ years of international fintech, blockchain, or capital markets experience.

Deep technical expertise in DLT protocols, smart contracts, and enterprise-grade custody solutions.

Strong exposure to global AML, KYC, FATF compliance frameworks.

Demonstrated ability to lead multi-geography fintech programs.

Advanced degree in Finance, Cryptography, or Technology Management.
