The Head of Cross-Border Payments, Blockchain Infrastructure & Digital Banking Innovation will spearhead the integration of decentralized settlement platforms, next-gen payment infrastructures, and AI-enhanced transaction monitoring systems, redefining Kuwait’s role in global financial interconnectivity.
Key Responsibilities

Design and oversee blockchain-enabled payment infrastructures to support large-scale cross-border remittance networks.

Lead the transformation of traditional digital banking models into AI-driven, cloud-native, and decentralized financial platforms.

Establish KYC/AML digital compliance infrastructures enhanced with blockchain and AI-driven fraud detection.

Collaborate with central banks, payment service providers, and fintech consortia to ensure interoperability of payment systems across jurisdictions.

Develop multi-currency settlement engines capable of handling fiat, stablecoins, and digital currencies.
Candidate Profile

12+ years in payments, blockchain systems, or digital banking transformation.

Expertise in real-time payment infrastructures, distributed ledger technology, and multi-currency clearing systems.

Strong experience working with international payment networks, CBDC pilots, and cross-border settlement platforms.
