Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Blockchain Finance & Tokenization to design and oversee enterprise-grade blockchain and digital asset infrastructures for the UAE market. This leadership role demands technical mastery, strategic foresight, and international exposure to decentralized financial systems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement tokenization frameworks for financial instruments and real-world assets.

Oversee deployment of blockchain settlement systems, custody solutions, and smart contract governance.

Guide compliance with global AML, KYC, and FATF standards while aligning with UAE’s fintech regulations.

Lead remote engineering, compliance, and product teams to deliver enterprise-ready blockchain solutions.

Position the UAE as a regional and global leader in blockchain-enabled finance.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, blockchain, or capital markets leadership.

Expertise in DLT, smart contracts, DeFi integration, and institutional-grade custody.

Strong record of delivering blockchain platforms at scale.

Advanced degree in Finance, Cryptography, or Technology preferred.
