Role Overview
Qatar is pioneering blockchain-based financial ecosystems to accelerate secure, transparent, and programmable banking solutions. The Remote Head of Blockchain Finance Architecture will spearhead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade blockchain infrastructures, enabling tokenized assets, programmable payments, and decentralized financial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Design and implement blockchain architectures for tokenized securities, digital asset custody, and smart contracts.

Develop hybrid frameworks linking decentralized finance protocols with centralized banking systems.

Lead research into consensus mechanisms, cross-chain interoperability, and enterprise-grade blockchain security.

Establish governance frameworks for digital asset operations, ensuring compliance and transparency.

Collaborate with international standards organizations and GCC regulatory bodies on blockchain adoption and interoperability.

Guide technical teams in developing scalable, secure, and resilient decentralized financial ecosystems.
Qualifications

Advanced degree in Blockchain Engineering, Financial Systems, or Computer Science.

10+ years in fintech innovation with 5+ years leading blockchain architecture projects.

Expertise in Solidity, Rust, Hyperledger Fabric, and smart contract lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of DeFi, tokenomics, and digital asset regulatory frameworks.
