We are hiring a visionary Head of Blockchain & Digital Asset Solutions to define Bahrain’s role as a hub for next-generation financial infrastructure. The position requires deep blockchain expertise, regulatory sophistication, and product innovation leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Architect and manage enterprise-grade blockchain platforms for payments, remittances, and capital markets.

Drive innovation in digital asset tokenization, decentralized finance integration, and custody solutions.

Develop frameworks for compliance automation, cybersecurity, and digital identity validation.

Qualifications

12+ years of fintech or blockchain industry leadership.

In-depth knowledge of DLT, smart contracts, and institutional custody systems.

Strong exposure to international compliance and cross-border regulatory frameworks.

Proven record of building scalable digital asset ecosystems.

Advanced degree in Finance, Cryptography, or Computer Science preferred.
