Role Overview
We are recruiting a visionary Head of Blockchain & Digital Asset Innovation to spearhead blockchain-based financial infrastructure projects for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role will focus on building next-generation decentralized financial services, tokenization platforms, and cross-border settlement systems, aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 digital economy objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the development of blockchain-enabled asset management and settlement infrastructures.

Oversee pilot programs for Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) initiatives and distributed ledger platforms.

Build frameworks for tokenized real estate, commodities, and sovereign instruments.

Lead partnerships with global blockchain consortia, regulators, and institutional investors.

Establish protocols for smart contract governance, interoperability, and digital asset custody.
Qualifications
-
Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, or PhD) in Finance, Cryptography, or Distributed Systems.

12+ years of fintech experience with at least 7 years in blockchain/digital asset leadership.

Strong expertise in DeFi, asset tokenization, and permissioned blockchain networks.

Proven ability to manage large-scale transformation projects within regulated environments.
Preferred Skills

Experience in sovereign-level digital asset frameworks.

Proficiency in cross-chain interoperability protocols.

Familiarity with smart contract auditing and cybersecurity resilience.
