Role Overview
Qatar’s fintech sector is accelerating under the Qatar National Vision 2030, with digital wealth solutions forming a cornerstone of the transformation. The Remote Head of AI-Driven WealthTech Solutions will design and oversee intelligent platforms for portfolio automation, robo-advisory services, ESG-driven investments, and AI-led wealth analytics, ensuring scalability for high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and retail adoption.
Key Responsibilities

Lead design of AI/ML-enabled robo-advisors and next-gen portfolio management platforms.

Create data-driven models for personalized asset allocation, ESG scoring, and risk-adjusted investment planning.

Oversee integration of digital asset classes (tokenized securities, stablecoins, ETFs) into Qatar’s fintech infrastructure.

Develop frameworks for regulatory compliance with QFCRA and international investor-protection standards.

Enhance customer journeys via predictive analytics, behavioral finance insights, and immersive digital dashboards.

Foster partnerships with Qatari banks, sovereign funds, and global wealth managers to accelerate adoption.
Qualifications

10+ years in wealth management technology, robo-advisory platforms, or digital asset solutions.

Expertise in AI/ML modeling, predictive analytics, and cloud-native wealthtech architectures.

Advanced understanding of global securities regulations, GCC fintech laws, and investor compliance frameworks.

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, or Quantitative Economics.

Demonstrated success in scaling AI-driven financial platforms in regulated markets.
