Position Overview:
We are seeking a Head of AI-Driven Wealth & Risk Management to lead the design and execution of intelligent financial platforms in Kuwait. This executive role integrates AI, predictive analytics, digital wealth management, and risk intelligence to create next-generation financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect AI-driven wealth management and risk analytics platforms for high-value clients.

Lead remote teams in designing predictive models, financial intelligence dashboards, and automated advisory tools.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity protocols, and international standards.

Conduct advanced scenario planning, financial simulations, and risk mitigation strategies.

Advise executive stakeholders on strategic investment decisions, product development, and digital innovation.

Represent initiatives in global fintech forums, thought leadership panels, and strategic advisory boards.
Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, digital finance, or risk analytics leadership.

Proven expertise in AI, predictive financial modeling, and automated investment strategies.

Strong track record in remote leadership of multi-disciplinary fintech teams.

Deep understanding of Kuwait’s regulatory environment and fintech ecosystem.
Preferred Attributes:

Experience in digital asset management, robo-advisory platforms, or algorithmic trading solutions.

Published research or thought leadership in AI-driven finance, predictive analytics, or wealth management.
