Position Overview
Qatar’s digital financial ecosystem is on the cusp of a transformative shift, where AI, data orchestration, and algorithmic decision systems are redefining banking operations. The Head of AI-Driven Banking Transformation will be responsible for creating an intelligent banking architecture that integrates machine learning, cognitive automation, and behavioral analytics to deliver precision-based financial decisioning across institutional and retail channels.
This role requires the visionary leadership to engineer AI ecosystems for digital banks, bridging the divide between predictive analytics and real-time financial orchestration.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of AI-led financial ecosystems encompassing dynamic credit scoring, real-time risk assessment, and personalized financial advisory engines.

Build next-generation digital decision platforms integrating neural network-based transaction analysis and predictive customer intelligence.

Oversee implementation of data ingestion and orchestration pipelines, ensuring integrity, scalability, and compliance with emerging GCC data frameworks.

Design regulatory-compliant AI governance systems embedding transparency, explainability, and ethical intelligence.

Direct cross-functional collaboration across fintech partners, regulators, and data infrastructure teams to ensure cohesive AI integration.

Pioneer the transition to zero-latency digital banking, leveraging predictive modeling and advanced sentiment analysis for customer experience optimization.
Required Expertise

Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, or Financial Systems Engineering.

10+ years of experience in AI-driven financial services, fintech automation, or banking digital transformation.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native ML operations (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Proven success in architecting enterprise-scale AI ecosystems within regulated environments.
