Position Summary:
We are recruiting a Fintech Risk & Analytics Director to drive innovation in risk modeling, predictive analytics, and financial intelligence solutions. This role focuses on transforming traditional financial oversight into a data-driven, AI-enhanced process, ensuring Bahrain’s fintech sector remains resilient, compliant, and globally competitive.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy predictive risk models leveraging AI, ML, and advanced analytics to optimize financial operations.

Design secure, scalable fintech systems incorporating fraud detection, AML monitoring, and real-time financial intelligence.

Collaborate with regional regulators and fintech partners to ensure compliance with Bahrain Central Bank guidelines.

Lead remote analytics teams to deliver actionable insights, operational efficiency, and strategic forecasting.

Drive strategic initiatives for financial product innovation and market expansion.
Required Experience & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related discipline.

12+ years of experience in financial risk management, analytics, or fintech leadership.

Strong expertise in AI/ML for financial modeling, risk mitigation, and compliance.

Proven success in leading distributed, international teams.

Exceptional analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making skills.
