Key Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and govern end-to-end digital finance ecosystems across retail, SME, and institutional finance.

• Lead the adoption of open banking frameworks, blockchain-enabled solutions, and AI-driven financial platforms.

• Translate SAMA (Saudi Central Bank) regulatory frameworks into scalable digital product strategies.

• Oversee cross-functional teams across software engineering, data science, and compliance.

• Build partnerships with international fintech accelerators, technology providers, and venture ecosystems.

• Ensure interoperability with wider GCC and global financial platforms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.

• 15+ years in financial technology leadership, with 8+ years in executive roles.

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale architecture for banking or fintech platforms.

• Strong expertise in cloud-native finance, cybersecurity, and regulatory technology (RegTech).

• Track record of launching innovative fintech products in complex regulatory markets.
