Role Overview:
We are seeking a visionary Executive Director for Digital Banking Innovation to spearhead the development of advanced fintech ecosystems across the UAE. This role requires deep expertise in AI-powered banking, blockchain-based payment systems, and cross-border transaction infrastructure. The incumbent will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and compliant financial platforms that drive market disruption and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end strategic design of digital banking products, including AI-driven customer engagement platforms and embedded finance solutions.

Architect and implement blockchain-enabled payment systems and real-time settlement platforms.

Ensure regulatory compliance with UAE Central Bank standards and international financial frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field.

10+ years of senior leadership experience in fintech product development, digital banking, or financial technology strategy.

Deep expertise in AI, blockchain, cloud-native platforms, APIs, and omni-channel financial services.
