Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Payments & Risk Intelligence to drive Qatar’s next-generation payment systems and advanced financial intelligence frameworks. This role emphasizes AI/ML integration, blockchain solutions, and predictive risk analytics to optimize operational efficiency and ensure secure, compliant cross-border transactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure, scalable digital payment infrastructures for retail, corporate, and institutional clients.

Leverage AI/ML and predictive analytics for fraud detection, risk modeling, and operational intelligence.

Collaborate with Qatar Central Bank and fintech partners to ensure regulatory alignment.

Lead remote teams delivering actionable insights, operational efficiency, and innovative financial products.

Monitor and integrate emerging fintech technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

12+ years of experience in fintech, payments strategy, or financial analytics leadership.

Expertise in AI/ML applications, blockchain technologies, AML/KYC frameworks, and compliance.

Proven leadership of remote, distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
