Role Summary:
We are recruiting a Director of Payments & Financial Intelligence to lead Qatar’s next-generation payment systems and financial analytics initiatives. The role requires mastery of AI, machine learning, and blockchain technologies to enhance transaction efficiency, fraud detection, and operational intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure, scalable digital payment infrastructures for retail, corporate, and cross-border operations.

Leverage AI/ML and predictive analytics to optimize fraud prevention, risk management, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with regional regulators and fintech partners to ensure adherence to Qatar Central Bank standards.

Lead remote teams delivering actionable insights, operational intelligence, and innovative financial products.

Identify and integrate emerging fintech technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, or related field.

12+ years of experience in fintech leadership, payments strategy, or financial analytics.

Expertise in AI/ML applications, blockchain, AML/KYC frameworks, and compliance protocols.

Proven experience in managing remote, distributed teams across multiple geographies.

Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
