The Remote Director of RegTech & Digital Compliance Engineering will lead the design of AI-powered compliance ecosystems, cross-border regulatory harmonization frameworks, and blockchain-enabled governance models that secure the Kingdom’s fintech evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI/ML-powered regulatory monitoring platforms for AML/KYC orchestration, risk scoring, and anomaly detection.

• Implement real-time compliance automation infrastructures aligned with SAMA and G20 directives.

• Engineer smart contract–based compliance frameworks for digital asset governance and payments oversight.

• Collaborate with global regulators to harmonize Saudi compliance practices with international supervisory standards.

• Lead initiatives in data privacy architecture to strengthen secure RegTech adoption across financial institutions.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in financial regulation, digital compliance, or RegTech innovation.

• Expertise in AML/KYC frameworks, blockchain governance, and digital identity systems.

• Strong academic credentials in law, finance, or computer science; RegTech/compliance certifications advantageous.
