Role Overview
We are hiring a Director of Fintech Regulatory Strategy to guide compliance, governance, and market-entry strategies across the UAE’s fintech landscape. This role requires a unique mix of policy expertise, regulatory interpretation, and digital finance strategy at a global level.
Key Responsibilities

Define and execute regulatory strategies for digital banking, payments, and blockchain-based services.

Advise on frameworks covering AML/KYC, cross-border payments, and data privacy.

Partner with global stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of international compliance standards.

Provide strategic oversight on risk management and regtech integration.

Act as a thought leader, shaping UAE’s position in the global fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications

12+ years in financial regulation, compliance, or fintech strategy.

Expertise in AML, FATF standards, GDPR, and global digital finance frameworks.

Strong understanding of UAE and GCC fintech ecosystems.

Master’s or JD in Finance, Law, or Policy preferred.
