Role Overview
We are hiring a Director of Fintech Regulatory Innovation to guide digital finance compliance and governance strategies for the UAE. This role requires strategic leadership, regulatory expertise, and global fintech experience to balance innovation with robust compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Define regulatory roadmaps for digital banking, payments, and blockchain adoption.

Oversee implementation of AML/KYC, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks.

Collaborate with regulators and global institutions to harmonize compliance practices.

Provide advisory on regtech integration and cross-border financial regulations.

Lead remote strategy and compliance teams in developing fintech governance solutions.
Qualifications

12+ years in financial regulation, compliance, or fintech strategy.

Deep knowledge of AML/FATF frameworks, GDPR, and GCC digital finance regulations.

Proven ability to navigate multi-jurisdictional compliance requirements.

Advanced degree in Law, Finance, or Public Policy preferred.
