Strategic Responsibilities

Product & Market Expertise

Salary Structure (USD – Remote, Oman-Anchored)

Base Annual Salary: USD 135,000 – 170,000

Digital Wealth Strategy Allowance: USD 18,000 – 25,000

Performance-Based Incentive: Up to 20%

Total Annual Compensation Potential: USD 165,000 – 215,000
