Role Overview
We are hiring a Director of Digital Asset Strategy to develop, manage, and scale blockchain-enabled financial infrastructures for the UAE. This role requires visionary leadership, hands-on expertise in blockchain technologies, and regulatory fluency in digital asset markets.
Key Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for digital asset tokenization and blockchain-based payments.

Oversee development of custody, settlement, and smart contract governance frameworks.

Guide compliance with global digital finance standards, AML/KYC, and UAE-specific regulations.

Build partnerships with international fintech innovators, regulators, and infrastructure providers.

Lead remote multi-disciplinary teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital asset solutions.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, blockchain, or capital markets leadership.

Strong knowledge of DLT, custody platforms, and enterprise blockchain solutions.

International experience with compliance and cross-border financial frameworks.

Master’s degree in Finance, Law, or Technology preferred.
