Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Blockchain & Digital Finance Innovation to lead strategic initiatives transforming Saudi Arabia’s digital finance landscape. This executive role demands mastery of blockchain architectures, digital asset management, and AI-driven financial platforms, coupled with the ability to navigate GCC regulatory frameworks and drive large-scale fintech adoption.
Key Responsibilities:

Architect end-to-end blockchain solutions for payments, smart contracts, and tokenized assets.

Lead remote, cross-functional teams in implementing digital finance projects with measurable impact.

Develop strategies for AI-powered financial analytics, risk management, and predictive modeling.

Collaborate with regulators and industry stakeholders to ensure compliance and innovation alignment.

Conduct market intelligence and emerging technology assessments to guide strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Computer Science, or Technology; MBA preferred.

12+ years of experience in blockchain strategy, digital finance, or fintech architecture.
