Role Overview
We are hiring a Director of Blockchain & Digital Finance to spearhead the design and deployment of blockchain-driven infrastructures and digital asset strategies for the UAE. The position requires executive-level leadership, technical mastery, and cross-border regulatory expertise.
Key Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for tokenization, smart contract applications, and blockchain payments.

Oversee development of institutional custody and settlement frameworks.

Drive compliance with AML/KYC and international digital finance standards.

Collaborate with international fintech partners, regulators, and technology innovators.

Lead high-performing remote teams across engineering, compliance, and strategy.
Qualifications

12+ years in fintech, blockchain, or capital markets leadership roles.

Proven experience in DLT, decentralized finance, and institutional blockchain adoption.

Strong regulatory expertise across GCC and international markets.

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, or Cryptography preferred.
