Role Overview:
We are looking for a Director of Blockchain & Digital Asset Innovation to spearhead Oman’s entry into the next-generation digital finance landscape. This role will oversee blockchain-based platforms, tokenized assets, and decentralized financial services, providing strategic vision, technical governance, and regulatory alignment.
Core Responsibilities:

Lead the design and deployment of blockchain-enabled financial services, smart contracts, and tokenized investment platforms.

Implement AI-driven digital asset management tools for portfolio optimization and predictive insights.

Ensure adherence to Oman’s financial regulations and international best practices.

Drive strategic partnerships with global fintech leaders, technology providers, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Expertise:

Advanced degree in Finance, Technology, Blockchain, or related fields.

10+ years of experience in blockchain, digital assets, fintech innovation, or wealth management technology.

Expertise in decentralized finance (DeFi), digital banking, and emerging financial technologies.

Proven leadership of distributed teams and cross-border fintech initiatives.

Deep understanding of GCC fintech landscapes and regulatory frameworks.
