Role Overview
This director-level role requires a fintech leader with exceptional expertise in AI-driven wealth management and advanced digital investment solutions. The position will focus on designing intelligent platforms that optimize asset allocation, risk management, and client experience, with alignment to Qatar Central Bank guidelines and global investment governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop next-generation robo-advisory platforms for retail and institutional investors.

Lead AI/ML-based research into predictive modeling, risk analytics, and investment optimization.

Ensure all solutions are globally competitive, while tailored to GCC client expectations.

Establish partnerships with fintech accelerators, asset managers, and data science institutions.

Drive integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) criteria into digital wealth solutions.

Implement compliance-ready frameworks for algorithmic trading, portfolio simulation, and financial data security.
Qualifications

Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Quantitative Finance, Data Science, or Financial Engineering.

10+ years of fintech or wealth management experience, with at least 5 years in AI-driven solutions.

Strong track record in building and scaling digital investment products.

Deep expertise in algorithmic strategies, financial data analytics, and high-performance computing.

Experience with GCC investment regulations and international wealth standards.
