Position Overview:
We are seeking a Director of AI-Driven Wealth & Risk Management to lead the strategic design of intelligent financial platforms in Kuwait. This position combines advanced AI, risk analytics, and fintech product leadership to deliver personalized wealth management, predictive financial modeling, and dynamic risk mitigation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered platforms for wealth management, investment analytics, and risk assessment.

Lead remote, cross-functional teams in end-to-end fintech solution delivery.

Ensure compliance with Kuwait’s financial regulations, data privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.

Conduct predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and financial intelligence reporting to inform executive decisions.

Collaborate with regional and global fintech stakeholders to integrate innovative financial solutions.

Serve as a thought leader in AI-driven finance and risk management.
Requirements:

Master’s or PhD in Finance, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

10–15 years of experience in wealth management, financial technology, or risk analytics.

Strong expertise in AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and algorithmic finance.

Proven experience in remote team leadership and cross-border project management.

Deep understanding of Kuwait’s fintech regulatory framework and investment landscape.
