Role Overview:
We are seeking a Director of Cross-Border Payments & Financial Intelligence to redefine Qatar’s payment systems and financial intelligence infrastructure. This role emphasizes AI-driven risk management, secure cross-border transaction frameworks, and operational intelligence to deliver next-generation payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement secure, efficient cross-border payment networks for retail, corporate, and institutional clients.

Leverage AI/ML and predictive analytics for fraud detection, risk management, and transaction monitoring.

Collaborate with Qatar Central Bank and fintech partners to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead remote teams to deliver advanced financial intelligence and operational insights.

Identify and integrate emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in Qatar’s fintech ecosystem.
Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, or related field.

12+ years of experience in payments, fintech risk strategy, or financial analytics.

Deep expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, AML/KYC frameworks, and compliance protocols.

Proven leadership of remote, distributed teams.

Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
